By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request all customers to read them carefully before confirming their travel arrangements.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount. The balance payment must be cleared as per the timeline communicated by FlyNEO Tour & Travels.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid government-issued identification during the trip. For certain destinations, special permits may be required, and while we will assist in arranging them, travelers must comply with government regulations.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
All inclusions such as accommodation, meals, transport, and activities will be clearly mentioned in your package details. Any service not specified in the package will be considered excluded and charged separately if availed.
Changes in Itinerary
FlyNEO Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, local events, or safety reasons. If changes involve additional expenses (e.g., hotel upgrades, longer travel routes), the cost will be borne by the traveler.
Customer Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local culture, traditions, and environment. Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or natural sites due to negligence will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Travel Insurance
FlyNEO strongly recommends that travelers purchase personal travel insurance for coverage against risks such as medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip delays. FlyNEO is not liable for incidents beyond its control.
Service Provider Liability
FlyNEO Tour & Travels works as a facilitator with hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers. While we ensure reliable service partners, the responsibility for service quality lies with the respective provider.
Communication
Official communication regarding bookings, confirmations, or cancellations must be made through email at contact@flyneo.in. Phone and WhatsApp may be used for coordination, but written email remains the final reference for all bookings.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
