Refund Policy

At FlyNEO Tour & Travels, we are committed to offering transparent and reliable services. However, since we work closely with hotels, airlines, and transport operators, all refunds are strictly governed by the policies of these service providers.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly through FlyNEO Tour & Travels. If a service provider issues a refund, we will process it promptly and transfer the amount to the customer’s bank account. We do not hold refunds beyond what is provided by the service provider, and no deductions or adjustments are made by us.

Processing of Refunds

All refunds, when approved by the provider, are processed through bank transfer only. The timeline for receiving the refund depends on the service provider and the banking channels involved. FlyNEO will assist in following up, but cannot guarantee the speed of processing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written notification of cancellation. The charges are as follows:

45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost will be charged.
72 hours prior to arrival or No Show: No refund will be provided.

Important Note

Customers are encouraged to carefully read the terms of each service at the time of booking, as FlyNEO Tour & Travels cannot override the refund or cancellation decisions of airlines, hotels, or other operators.
